1) First of all, You can create a mixture of baking soda and water and let the mixture be for 30 minutes.
2) After that put the retainer into that mixture and let it be for 15 minutes.
3) When the 15 minutes time is over scrub it with little cold water or lukewarm water.
4) You can also use the distilled water for soaking the retainer.
